Subject: meeting minutes March 16

Hello everyone,
Here is a recap of what happened at last night's meeting:

Dinner with President Tompkins has been canceled.  Christine was unable to
reschedule the Kinetics exam, and there is also a Safety exam that day.

We now have an office on the 2nd floor of the chem sci.  Christine will
have keys to it.  Next year, all the officers will have keys.

Science Fair
The donations from businesses were distributed among the winning places,
and the remaining donations will be raffled off.

If anyone has some extra time today, please come to the MUB Ballroom at
3:00 today to help organize tables and stuff packets.

For the overall school awards, it was decided that certificates and candy
will be given to the winning schools.

Judges - we currently have 22 judges, but would like at least 25.  If you
know of anyone who would like to be a judge, e-mail Brian Zielke at
bjzielke, and pick up a judges packet from Brian's Mailbox, 101.  Notify
Brian by 7:00 tonight.  Judges will need to be at the fair from 9:00 -
12:30 and are welcome to stay for lunch.

Everyone was assigned duties to do during each time slot at the fair.  If
you can't remember what you signed up for, Christine will have the list at
the fair.

We will be getting T-shirts at the science fair.  Christine will have them
tonight, so if you help out in the MUB, you can get yours early.
Otherwise, you will have to change into your shirt the morning of the
science fair.

Well, that about covers it.  Please show up to the MUB at 8:00 on
Saturday!  And remember, we have a meeting next week Thursday at 6:00.
