Subject: Minutes from 5/4/00


The first order of business was Spring Fling.  Set-up is at 11:30 and the
sale will go until 5.  If you have any goodies to sell, they should be
brout to Chris Abram's office prior to 11:30.  There are still slots that
need to be filled so come help out!

We are officially a chapter, and will be presented a charter sometime
during the week of the 15th (Finals week).  We are looking at monday night
for the "ceremony".  Christine will keep us posted.

Cords are available for d=graduating Seniors.  They are maroon and gold or
cream...do you want them???

The constitution needs to be revised for the change to semesters.  This
must be done by the end of the year and voting will be done via e-mail.

Can anyone help with summer pop can removal??  If so, let Caryn know.

Science fair has the possible dates of Nov.11 or 18 for next year.

Finally, there will be a meeting the first Tuesday next year...same time
and place.  We are looking at a membership drive for 3rd week, and an
early science day.
